Are you taking advantage of these free station tools? We've got your back! It's important to stay connected to your listeners at all times, no matter where you are. Below are several features that are currently trending with stations to better communicate with their listeners under the current circumstances.
Cirrus® Engager App
The Cirrus® Engager app for iOS and Android allows you to monitor audio streams, manage remote DJ settings, view song stats, chat with listeners in real-time, listen to user-submitted shout-outs, and much more. You can even send push notifications right from the Engager app to listeners who have your mobile app installed -- a good way to directly keep in touch!
If you're unable to be at the studio every day, use the Engager app to monitor your stream wherever you are.

Mobile Apps
Promote your mobile streaming apps as much as you can! If you want your listeners to take you with them, make sure you're promoting the mobile apps. Share the store links on your players and on your social media accounts.
Listeners with the app installed can receive your push notifications you send through the Engager app (as well as through the Control Panel, of course). Plus, within the mobile app, listeners can send YOU a shout-out voice message. This is a great way to engage with your listeners.
If you don't have mobile apps yet, get in touch with us and we'll get you set up!
Alexa Skills & Google Home
Give your listeners options to access your live stream and podcasts/on-demand content through Alexa and Google Home devices.
You can automatically push your station's metadata to your Twitter account. All we have to do is get your Twitter account connected with our system and then each time your DCS updates, it will automatically post a Tweet. You can keep Twitter followers up to date on what's currently playing at your station.
