Introducing... The New v5 iOS App
Our newest iOS app has just been released! This version has way more features, a user-friendly interface, and a sleeker layout. We've made our v5 iOS app similar to the v5 Android app to provide your listeners with continuity and consistency across all platforms. This version is optimized for all devices! Click here to upgrade your existing iOS app or submit a new one - free of charge. Please note: you must have an active Apple Developer account for us to submit the app (you may register and pay for one here).
Here's a breakdown of all features:
- Ability to choose one of six background images (dark speaker, light speaker, plasma, water, crowd, and lazer)
- Branded with your station's logo
- Display of what's currently playing
- Ad Delivery Network
- Multi-tasking
- Update station logo, info/bio, and turn features on/off anytime via your Radio Control Panel
- Interactive cover flow style playlist
- On-screen lyrics
- 'Buy song' for the current song that's playing
- Website and social networking site links
- Social sharing ability for listeners to share your station
- Alarm clock that listeners can set for the stream to start up automatically
- Sleep timer that listeners can set for the app to exit upon expired time (featuring radio, surf, rain, rainforest, or white noise -- help your listeners fall asleep soundly)
- Mosquito zapper that emits a high frequency tone that repels mosquitoes (perfect for outdoor parties -- this sound is inaudible to humans and can be played while the stream is playing)
The features are accessible by the slide-out menu. Many of the features can be turned on or off via your Radio Control Panel. You are able to update your station logo and station info, making it easy for you to edit your station info and programming on the fly -- all done through the green 'Mobile Apps' button in your Radio Control Panel.
